What is the Jewely Removal  fee?

The fee for jewelry removal that requires special tools is $25 + HST.  It is entirely covered with the deposit and on the day of your appointment. Please note: At the piercers discretion, the removal fee may be less than $25 if special tools are not required.

Extra safety measures
To keep everyone extra safe, we have a few new measures:
- You must show up for your appointment alone. Parents and legal guardians excepted for clients younger than 16.
- If you are feeling sick, please call the store to reschedule your appointment.

How does the appointment work?
You are required to show up for your appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. 
The $25 deposit paid at the time of booking is deducted from your total cost on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and arriving late or no-shows results in forfeiting the deposit.

Our piercers are extensively trained and strictly pierce with needles (no piercing guns!) and use disposable tools. All our jewelry is body-safe and sterilized. Only the finest - and safest! We carry solid 14k yellow, rose, and white gold, as well as implant-grade titanium and niobium jewelry.
