What is your refund policy?

All sales are final.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Chronic Ink Store only sells items in new condition but in the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact Customer Service.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our Customer Service.

What countries do you deliver to?

North America: Canada, The United States, and Mexico.

Europe: The UK, France, Germany, and Italy.

International: Australia, Brazil

What shipping provider do you use?

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. US orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via Asendia.

Will I have to pay import charges?

If you are outside of Canada you may need to pay import charges. Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import tax and or duty charges before you order from us.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).

How long will my order take to arrive?

You can expect your package to leave our shop within 5 business days of your order being placed. Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected and starts counting once your order is shipped and you receive a confirmation email.

Canada and The United States:

In 1-7 business days depending on your region.

Europe and International:
In 4-22 days depending on your region. 

What is the delivery process?

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched when your order leaves the warehouse. You will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to the courier's web page.

My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it is lost?

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

What happens to deliveries around Bank Holidays?

Bank Holidays are non-working days in Canada so please allow for one extra day.
